Step 1: Create a wallet
Generate or import keys on your device. PIN-encrypt the keystore. The hub never holds seeds.
- Open Wallet → Create new vault (or Import)
- Set a PIN you can remember — we cannot reset it
- Write the backup offline. Never paste it into Guide or chat
