Network fees always apply on-chain. Suite fees are shown in-product before you sign.

Subscription tiers (overview)
Free → Bronze → Silver → Gold unlock higher quotas (for example Dev AI image limits) and better fee preferences such as reduced swap fee bps at higher tiers. Exact limits are shown in Wallet and Dev UI.
